Eligibility
- Return Period: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, unmarked, and include all original packaging (boxes, mounting hardware, and protective wrapping).
- Packaging: Items must be securely packaged — any damage in transit is the customer’s responsibility.
- Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and is non-refundable.
- Processing Time: Once your return is received, please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
- Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. To order a different product, please place a new order via our website.
Exclusions
- Custom items and Sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
- Trade orders are considered final sale and are not eligible for refund. In exceptional cases, a credit note may be offered if a return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery and approved by our team. Please wait for written approval before sending any Trade items back — unauthorised returns cannot be accepted. Credits are non-transferable and can only be used for future purchases under the same account.
